Spotify rolls out AI-powered chat feature for music assistance

Spotify has rolled out an AI-powered chat feature, "Talk to Spotify", for Premium subscribers for music assistance. The feature allows users to have conversations to explore and play music, audiobooks, and podcasts by interacting with a chatbot. The feature uses a combination of Spotify's own AI technology and models from multiple providers based on the task, the firm told TechCrunch.
