A senior Ukrainian security official was shot dead in a residential parking lot in Kyiv on Thursday. Kyiv's police force said it was working to identify the shooter, who fled on foot in broad daylight. The slain agent was a colonel in Ukraine's spy agency Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), an official told Reuters.
