Squadron Leader Bhawana Kanth has become the first woman pilot in Indian Air Force to successfully complete the Fighter Combat Leader (FCL) course at Tactics and Air Combat Development Establishment (TACDE) in Gwalior. The achievement is significant, as only about 1% of IAF pilots are selected for FCL course at TACDE. The 20-week programme trains pilots in advanced combat tactics.
