Squash is my escape and my identity at the same time: Anahat Singh

India’s No. 1 junior squash player Anahat Singh explained on the podcast that squash plays both roles in her life. When exams, parents or friends get stressful, she heads to the court to hit a few balls. When squash gets heavy, she goes back to them. What began as an escape is now becoming her identity, she said.
