SRH's Shivam Mavi ruled out of IPL 2026, U-19 WC winner Ambrish named as replacement

SRH pacer Shivam Mavi has been ruled out of IPL 2026 due to a groin injury. SRH have signed 18-year-old all-rounder from Tamil Nadu, RS Ambrish, as his replacement. Ambrish, who was part of India squad that won ICC Under-19 World Cup 2026, was also the tournament's joint-highest wicket-taker, with 11 wickets. He will join SRH for ₹30 lakh.
