Sri Lanka govt expresses regret to Jay Shah over Ranatunga's 'He's ruining SLC' remark

The Sri Lanka government has expressed regret to BCCI President and Asian Cricket Council (ACC) President Jay Shah over ex-Sri Lanka captain Arjuna Ranatunga's remark that Shah is ruining Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC). "We cannot point hands at him or other countries for shortcomings of our institutions. It's a wrong assumption," Sri Lanka minister Kanchana Wijesekera said.
