Sri Lanka on Thursday registered the highest total of T20 World Cup 2026 so far. They put up a total of 225/5 against Oman in their Group B match in Kandy. Kusal Mendis, Pavan Rathnayake and captain Dasun Shanaka scored fifties for Sri Lanka, with Kusal top-scoring with 61(45). Shanaka smashed five sixes in the innings.
