Sri Lanka's big promise to India amid PM Modi's visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was assured by Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake that the country will not allow its territory to be used in a manner inimical to India's security interests. This comes amid New Delhi's concerns over increasing Chinese influence in the Indian Ocean region.
