SRK, Salman Khan-backed Pernia's Pop-Up Shop to launch IPO on Aug 31, declares price band

Pernia's Pop-Up Shop-parent Purple Style Labs, backed by Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sachin Tendulkar and Madhuri Dixit, is set to launch its IPO from August 31 to September 2. The startup has set the ₹680-crore IPO's price band at ₹546-575/share, pegging its valuation at ₹4,600 crore. IPO will be open to anchor investors on August 28.
