SSC case: Bengal govt argues in support of ineligible candidates

Not allowing SSC candidates who have been identified as ‘ineligible’ to participate in the recruitment process would be an interference with their fundamental rights, the West Bengal Government argued in Calcutta High court on Wednesday. This comes after the Court said on Monday that candidates identified 'ineligible' will not be able to appear for SSC recruitment exam in 2025.
