Stabbed Saif near spine to free myself from his tight grip: Attacker to police

Bangladeshi national Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, arrested for knife attack on Saif Ali Khan, told police he stabbed Saif in his back multiple times to free himself from his tight grip. Saif sustained multiple stab wounds, including a significant injury to his thoracic spine. Saif was discharged on Tuesday from Lilavati Hospital, 5 days after the attack.
