Staff at UK's 2nd largest bank revolt against 3-day office mandate

Barclays, UK's second-largest bank by market capitalisation, is facing opposition to its plan requiring staff to work from the office at least three days a week from October. Employees' union called for payouts to help cover travel costs and exemption for those living more than 40 minutes away. It said thousands have signed an open letter opposing the mandate.
