Staff don't get to choose pay, promotion or remote work: Morgan Stanley CEO
Morgan Stanley's CEO James Gorman said that working remotely isn't an "employee choice". In an interview with Bloomberg, he said, "[Employees] don't get to choose their compensation, they don't get to choose their promotion, they don't get to choose to stay home five days a week." He added that he wants employees in office at least 3-4 days a week.
