Staffer injured at Pune's Ammunition Factory Khadki, inquiry ordered

A staffer at Pune's Ammunition Factory Khadki (AFK) was injured while drying explosives on Monday. The injured official has been identified as DR Thakre, a junior works manager. "The cause of the accident is being ascertained by ordering an immediate higher-level departmental enquiry," a press statement from the factory stated. AFK was established in 1869.
