Stand by my statement: BJP's Kapil Mishra on 'mini-Pakistan in Delhi' tweet

BJP leader Kapil Mishra on Thursday said that he "spoke the truth" when he earlier tweeted that a "mini-Pakistan" has been created in Delhi. On Thursday, he also tweeted that the upcoming Delhi Assembly election is a "contest between India and Pakistan". Election Commission sent him a show-cause notice following which he said, "I stand by my statement."
