Standard Capital Markets allots 12,100 NCDs worth ₹121 crore

Standard Capital Markets' Board approved the private placement allotment of 10,000 secured NCDs, each with a face value and issue price of ₹1,00,000, totalling ₹100 crore. Additionally, they approved the allotment of 2,100 similar NCDs, aggregating to ₹21 crore, also on a private placement basis. These are unrated and unlisted NCDs. The company has a market cap of ₹73 crore.
