Starbucks CEO reveals certain policies for their employees

On the Figuring Out podcast, CEO of TATA Starbucks Sushant Dash told Raj Shamani that while considering different life events and family responsibilities, they made a 5-day work week policy. Dash added that the company went from paying 50% to paying 100% insurance money for employee’s families. He added that they even pay for the education of their employees' families.
