Starbucks shareholders push to oust 2 members over labour issues
Six Starbucks shareholders wrote to fellow shareholders to vote against re-election of directors Jørgen Vig Knudstorp and Beth Ford at upcoming shareholder meeting. Shareholders argued the two members have contributed to stalling negotiations with Starbucks Workers United, representing baristas at roughly 650-680 stores since 2021. Starbucks workers began an unfair labour practice strike in 2025.
