Starlink internet speed to double to 300 Mbps this year: Elon Musk

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk on Monday said the speed of its space-based internet service Starlink will double to 300 Mbps this year. "Speed will double to 300 Mbps and latency will drop to 20ms later this year," Musk tweeted. He said Starlink will cover all of Earth next year, then "it's about densifying coverage".
