Starlink US users cancel pre-orders after getting no contract: Report

Some Starlink customers who paid a $99 refundable deposit for SpaceX's satellite internet service have cancelled their pre-orders months after waiting for the service, Insider reported. The customers who cancelled their pre-orders told the publication they received no contract from SpaceX. They said they were unable to contact SpaceX to get an update on the delivery of their Starlink kits.
