Stars don't matter, 'Deool Band 2', 'Laalo' made more than 'Alpha': Shailendra

Filmmaker Shailendra Singh, in a chat with Cyrus Broacha, said the failure rate in Bollywood is as high as 94%, adding that it doesn't matter who stars in the film. He said Gujarati film 'Laalo' made ₹140 crore and the Marathi film 'Deool Band 2' made over ₹90 crore, while Alia Bhatt's 'Alpha' couldn't even cross the ₹50 crore mark.
