Started at 19 and built a ₹40,000 cr business empire

At 19, Balkrishan Goenka moved to Mumbai and set up a polyester texturing yarn unit in Palghar, Maharashtra by the name of Welspun. Over time, he expanded the business to logistics, steel pipes and transportation. Today, Welspun is present in 50 countries and is worth ₹40,000 crore.
