Amanda Zhu, co-founder of San Francisco-based firm Recall.ai, has sparked debate after revealing that employees are expected to work from the office five days a week. To support the policy, the company covers gas, parking, rides, meals and snacks through corporate cards. While some praised the approach, others argued that paid expenses cannot compensate for long commuting hours.
