Startup employee claims he was fired in 20 days over tea breaks & leaving on time

An employee claimed he was fired from his job at a Gurugram startup within 20 days as his employer had problems with him taking tea-cigarette breaks and leaving on time at 7 pm. He alleged his director got "frustrated" and fired him when he looked out of a cabin to see if a colleague had left at 7 pm.
