Startup offers unlimited leave, sets no work hours for staff

New Zealand-based gaming startup Rocketwerkz is offering its employees unlimited paid annual leave and a share in the company's profits. Rocketwerkz has no set work hours and Founder Dean Hall's salary is capped at 10% above the startup's highest-paid employee. Hall has claimed to receive over 300 Facebook messages enquiring about work opportunities after a local newspaper covered his startup.
