Bengaluru-based startup Pronto, which provides services like cleaning, laundry, and kitchen prep, has been accused of recording videos inside customers' homes to train AI. A journalist claimed that Pronto was turning Indian homes into training grounds as Pronto professionals used small outward-facing cameras during select opt-in services. The customers received footage later, he claimed.
