States question Nasdaq, FTSE rules favoring SpaceX IPO: Report

Investment officials from four major US states have urged Nasdaq and FTSE Russell to explain recent rule changes that could benefit large IPOs such as SpaceX, Reuters reported. They also asked the index providers to consider pausing the changes until investor risks are fully assessed. Nasdaq and FTSE eased listing requirements including reducing trading-history thresholds.
