State-wise percentage of women who are able to refuse sex to husbands released by govt

Eighty-two per cent women in India can say no to their husband if they do not want to have sexual intercourse, according to government's National Family Health Survey 5. The percentage in Lakshadweep, Mizoram and Goa stands at 94.2%, 93.3% and 91.9% respectively. The percentage is the lowest in Ladakh at 60.9%, according to the government data.
