India's largest stealth destroyer warship, INS Visakhapatnam was launched at Mazagon Dock Limited by the chief of naval staff RK Dhowan on Monday. The 65% indigenous, 7,300 tonne vessel is a part of the Rs 29,340 crores Project 15B. The destroyer has 32 Barack-8 missiles (LR-SAM) and is expected to be inducted to the Indian navy in 2018.
