Steel solutions provider BMW Ventures files IPO papers

Patna-based steel solutions provider BMW Ventures has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to launch an IPO. The initial public offering will entirely consist of a fresh issue of up to 2.34 crore shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Shares of the firm will be listed on BSE and NSE.
