Stepfather convicted for murder of actress Laila Khan, five others

A Mumbai court convicted the stepfather of Bollywood actress Laila Khan for the 2011 murder of the actor, her mother, and four others. Parvez Tak was found guilty 13 years after their disappearance. Nearly 40 witnesses were examined, with sentencing set for May 14. The bodies were discovered buried at a farmhouse in Igatpuri after Tak's arrest in 2012.
