Gujarat-based Sterling Biotech Group promoters, brothers Nitin and Chetan Sandesara, along with the latter's wife Dipti, were declared fugitive economic offenders by a Delhi court on Monday. They left India in 2017 after allegedly defrauding several banks of ₹14,500 crore through bank loans. Their last known location, according to investigating agencies, is Nigeria.
