Stop it now: N Korea on Japan's radioactive treated water release

North Korea's Foreign Ministry said Japan must "immediately call off" the release of treated radioactive water from the Fukushima nuclear plant. "[The water's release] seriously threatens the lives, safety and the future of humanity," the North Korean government said in a statement. Japan started releasing the treated water on Thursday from the plant, which was wrecked by the 2011 tsunami.
