Strategy Inc, which owns about 650,000 BTC or 3.1% of all Bitcoin raised $1.44 billion in cash to cover roughly 21 months of dividends and interest without selling any BTC. The reserve was funded by issuing 8.2 million new shares, diluting holders but buying time in a downturn. MSTR stock jumped 6% Tuesday as Bitcoin rebounded above $90,000.
