Stray dog killed, hanged on door in Kerala after multiple dog bite cases

A stray dog was killed and then publicly hanged in Kerala's Changanassery on Tuesday after the state reported multiple cases of dog bites in the past few days. A wreath was also placed close to the animal's carcass. The carcasses of 10 stray dogs were also discovered on Monday in the state's Kottayam district. Locals had reportedly poisoned the dogs.
