Singaporean street food vendor Wang Li Er provides free food to the needy at her stall in the Pek Kio market. She, along with her husband, gives out coupons to people in need, who then redeem it for a meal. The couple gives around 140 free meals a month and has reportedly done the same for the past 40 years.
