Strikes heart of democracy: Kunal Kamra moves HC against 'Sahyog' portal

Comedian Kunal Kamra has moved Bombay HC against Centre's ‘Sahyog’ portal. Kamra said the portal "unlawfully" allows central and state government officers to block objectionable content on social media platforms. Kamra said the portal amounts to unreasonable restriction on the freedom of speech. "It strikes at the heart of democracy, and a citizen’s right to information," he said.
