Struggled after his death, made ₹5 per day: Chamkila's first wife

Gurmail Kaur, first wife of Amar Singh Chamkila, opened up about how the musician's death affected her financially. She said on Cine Punjabi that it was very difficult time in her life and she even worked as daily wage worker for ₹5 per day. When asked if Chamkila's fans offered any help, Gurmail said no one came forward for her.
