Student held for post on Indo-Pak conflict released from Pune jail

A 19-year-old student in Pune, arrested for a social media post during Operation Sindoor, has been released from jail. The Bombay High Court had earlier rebuked the Maharashtra government for arresting the girl in an "absolutely shocking" move. Originally from Jammu and Kashmir, the girl had on May 7 shared and later deleted an Instagram post criticising the Indian government.
