Student says 'K'taka Education Minister can't speak Kannada'; Minister orders action

A student during an educational event told Karnataka Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa that he did not know Kannada. In response, the minister spoke in Kannada and termed the remarks "stupid" and asked authorities to take action against the student. A video of the incident surfaced in which Bangarappa can be heard saying, "What? Who is it? Am I speaking Urdu?"
