Students forced to go home for toilet in UP school with no building

Students of a government primary school in Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur study in the open and reportedly go home to use the toilet or to drink water due to lack of infrastructure. "There is no space for cooking mid-day meal...the food is cooked at another school and...brought here," a teacher said. The school remains closed when it rains, the teacher added.
