Students in J'khand didn't pelt stones or throw petrol bombs, yet faced lathicharge: BJP

BJP leader Amit Malviya reacted to lathi charge on students who were marching towards the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha. "There was no violence from the students' side...no stone-pelting, no petrol bombs were thrown...and there were no goons among them...yet why such brutality against them?" he said. "The use of force against students peacefully raising their demands is utterly shameful," he added.
