Students learn to make bomb from YouTube, keep it under teacher's chair in Haryana

Some Class 12th students at a government school in Haryana were suspended after they placed a firecracker-like bomb under their teacher's chair. The blast created a hole under the chair, however, the teacher escaped injury. While one child made the bomb, another placed it under chair, and a third detonated it. They reportedly learned bomb-making by watching a YouTube video.
