Students light candles over death of 3 UPSC aspirants in Delhi

Students lit candles in old Rajinder Nagar in memory of three UPSC aspirants who died in the basement of Rau's IAS coaching centre after it got flooded due to heavy rains in Delhi. Students protested following the deaths of the students and the owner of the basement was also arrested. Notably, the building's basement was being used as a library.
