Students pelt stones after 'extra time' denied in exam in Manipur

Students pelted stones and damaged school property after they were refused extra time during a Class 12 state board examination in Manipur's Thoubal on Saturday. According to reports, students giving the Manipuri paper demanded extra time when five minutes were left in the exam. As the bell rang and the teacher refused any extra time, the students resorted to violence.
