Study explores how ayurveda may help in Alzheimer's treatment

Researchers at Bose Institute in Kolkata have demonstrated Ayurveda's potential in Alzheimer's treatment. Using peptides and the Ayurvedic drug Lasunadya Ghrita (LG), they were able to disrupt amyloid beta aggregation, a key factor in Alzheimer's. The water extract of LG proved more effective than synthetic peptides, offering new hope for tackling neurodegenerative diseases.
