Study finds 45 rocky exoplanets with conditions to support life

A study using data from the NASA Exoplanet Archive and Gaia mission said astronomers found 45 rocky planets outside the solar system with conditions to support life. Scientists said they narrowed the 45 planets from 6,000 exoplanets discovered so far that may host liquid water. The most promising system, TRAPPIST-1, is about 40-light years away and has four habitable planets.
