Study finds how personality influences the way people flirt

A recent study suggested that personality traits shape how people flirt. It stated that people with darker personality traits like narcissism, Machiavellianism and psychopathy were more likely to use flirting as tactical weapon to achieve their goals while people with light personality traits value genuine connection over personal gain. Women were more likely than men to use instrumental flirting.
