Study identifies 413 security flaws in automotive software
Researchers at Sweden’s University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University analysed 413 reported security flaws in automotive software from 2022 to 2024. They found that the share of vulnerabilities in apps, websites and cloud services has nearly tripled in a decade. Nearly 45% were rated high severity and 16% critical, New Atlas reported, citing the study.
