Suburban train services in Chennai region only for fully vaccinated

The Southern Railway on Saturday said that only fully vaccinated passengers will be allowed to travel on its suburban services in Chennai region, amid a surge in coronavirus cases in Tamil Nadu. Passengers will be required to show their vaccination certificate at the ticket counters, it added. The restriction will be in place from January 10 to January 31.
